Building Something You Can Repeat
What I noticed last week:
A lot of people probably don’t need more discipline. They need a system that actually works for them.
I’ve tried plenty of routines, productivity setups, and ways of working that seemed solid because they worked for someone else.
Some were useful for a minute. Most didn’t stick.
What’s worked better for me is paying attention to when I naturally have energy, where I get stuck, and then making changes until it feels easier to keep going.
Maybe progress has less to do with finding the perfect method and more to do with building something you can realistically repeat.
Maybe the best system isn’t the most optimized one. It’s the one that fits you well enough that you’ll actually keep using it.
