About Us
The OFTech Story
Outrageous Fortune Tech Services grew out of a mix of theatre, teaching, and technology – all centered on collaboration and helping people move forward. That blend of past and present shapes the way we work today, combining timeless problem-solving with practical technology.
Today, we help people get unstuck by untangling projects, solving problems, and moving ideas forward. Whether we’re coaching, building a website, organizing finances, or increasing visibility, our focus is always on finding practical solutions that fit each client and project.
We believe the best solutions begin with listening. By understanding the whole picture first, we can create an approach that fits the way you think and work.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Debby with family, a good book, or a classic Coca-Cola in hand – and on a good day, with all three. Want the full story of how OFTS came to be? Read “The Road to OFTS”

What Clients Are Saying
“Debby listened to my general ideas of who FamilyStoryTree visitors might be and what I wanted to convey to them. She listened to my answers to her questions. Then Debby and Darby created a website design, and Debby again listened to my comments and tweaked it. I write the blog articles, but Debby and Darby provided me with a visually attractive framework to present them to FamilyStoryTree visitors.
During the process of designing and building FamilyStoryTree, Debby listened, helped me focus my vision, and was patient with my timing. Very patient. She also encouraged me when I felt overwhelmed with life and technology.”

“Working with OFTS and Debby is like working with your better self, she gives you the clarity of purpose and action that shows you a path toward your goal, one that is cleared of your doubts and second-guessing. She brings out your ideas in a way that is thoughtful and, at the same time, fun! Humor, honesty, insight. That’s what you get with OFTS (hey, kind of like a Shakespeare play!). I have worked with OFTS on two small projects and am looking forward to working on a larger one this summer.

“Can’t recommend Outrageous Fortune Tech Services enough! Debby asked great questions and had a great process in place to help her understand the aesthetic I was looking for in my author website, which in turn had her giving me so many more ideas I hadn’t even considered. I’ve had so many compliments on the site — including from a woman who teaches authors how to create websites (!!). On top of that Debby actually succeeded in making the process a fun collaboration throughout. I opted for the maintenance package and would never go without it. Anytime I run into an issue — whether it’s actually something technical or just ‘I have this idea’ or ‘I want to add a new review and can’t figure out how to change the font’ — one quick e-mail and it’s fixed. And when I haven’t bugged her for a while, she checks in with me on her own! (Who DOES that?)
Talented tech, creative marketing consultant, and your very own cheerleader all rolled into one. Ten Stars!”Cat Jameson, Author

“I knew I needed a great website but had no idea what I wanted. Then I met Debby Gilbert. She listened, suggested and experimented. And then she came up with the website of my dreams.”
